At this time, brands are not able to edit or modify orders directly from The Folklore platform once they’ve been placed.
If you need to make a change to an order (such as updating the shipping address, adjusting the quantity, or modifying product details), please follow these steps:
1. Contact The Folklore Team
- Send an email to shop@thefolklore.com with the subject line: Modification Request – Order #[Insert Order Number]
- In your message, include:
- The Order Number
- A clear description of the change you’re requesting
- Whether the order has already been fulfilled or shipped
- The Order Number
2. We’ll Confirm and Apply the Change
- If the change is possible, our team will make the adjustment in the system.
- We’ll notify you once the modification is complete and confirm whether the customer has been contacted (if needed).
Note: Some modifications may not be possible depending on the order’s fulfillment or payment status.
