Updating Wholesale Storefront Details

Keeping your wholesale storefront information accurate and up-to-date ensures a seamless experience for both you and retailers. Below are the steps for updating your storefront details on The Folklore.

Accessing Your Account

  1. Log in to Your Account:
    Visit The Folklore dashboard and enter your login credentials.

  2. Navigate to Settings:

    • Click on the Account Settings icon located in the bottom left navigation menu.

Updating Your Profile

  1. Business Information Section:

- Click on Brand Profile under the Profile section.

- Here, you’ll find various sections you can update, including:

  • Upload Brand Logo: Ensure the aspect ratio is 1:1 for optimal display.
  • Upload Featured Images: Use an aspect ratio of 736 x 350 for product showcase.
  • Brand Story
  • Brand Department
  • Identity
  • Values and Practices

Updating Wholesale Information

  1. Selling Information Section:

- Click on Selling Information under the Profile section.

- Go down to Wholesale Selling information

- Information you can edit includes:

  • How quickly do you fulfill orders? 
  • What are your payment terms?
  • What is your minimum order value? 
  • What is your minimum reorder value?
  • Current Retail Stockists (separated by commas)

- So we can automatically create shipping labels for your wholesale orders, we need to know what address you will be shipping your wholesale orders from.

  • If your ship-from address is the same as your business address, simply check the box next to “My ship from address is the same as my business address?” No further action is needed; we'll use your business address on file.
  • - If your ship-from address is different: Do not check the box, a form will appear below where you can enter your ship-from address, including:  Street Address, City, State/Province, Country, Zip/Postal Code

Review and Save Changes

  • After updating your details, ensure you review all information for accuracy.
  • Click Save to apply the changes.

Updating your storefront details helps ensure accuracy and clarity for retailers browsing your brand, enhancing their experience and increasing your visibility on The Folklore platform.
