Steps to Handle Partially Unavailable Product Orders

Notify The Folklore Team:
- If some of the products in the order are no longer available, email brands@thefolklore.com with the order number and a list of the unavailable products.
- The Folklore team will notify the customer and cancel the unavailable items from the order.

Ship Remaining Available Products:
- The available products in the order must still be shipped by the order fulfillment deadline. Ensure these items are packaged and shipped according to the fulfillment guidelines.
Steps to Handle Completely Unavailable Product Orders

Email The Folklore Team:
- If all the products in the order are no longer available, email brands@thefolklore.com within 3 business days of the order being placed. Include the order number and confirm that all products are unavailable for fulfillment.

Order Cancellation:
- The Folklore team will cancel the order and notify the customer that the order cannot be fulfilled. A refund will be issued to the customer.
