Managing Wholesale Orders
All orders from retailers who discover your brand through The Folklore platform must be submitted using the marketplace checkout feature. You’ll receive email notifications for each order, and the Orders page will be updated with order details. Brands are responsible for reviewing and accepting or denying orders within 5 business days. Repeated refusals may impact your brand’s visibility and search placement.
Retailers can also place orders without signing in via a personal link you send to your showroom. For more details, visit here. The only exception is Premium Retail Partners, who are exempt from submitting orders through the marketplace.
Managing Orders
Accessing Customer Orders
- Log into The Folklore Dashboard.
- Go to Commerce > Wholesale Orders from the navigation bar.
- Here, you’ll find a log of all wholesale orders from retailers.
- Review the wholesale order log, including retailer names, order numbers, fulfillment status, and payment details.
- Click on any order to view more information, including products and order notes.
Viewing Order Details
- Search Feature: Quickly find specific orders using the search bar.
- Email Notifications: Receive email alerts for new orders, directing you to manage them on the platform.
Order Review
- Respond to all orders within 5 business days to avoid cancellations.
- Refusing multiple orders may impact your brand’s visibility.
