Orders once received cannot be modified directly through the platform. If any changes are necessary to fulfill an order, you must contact brands@thefolklore.com with the relevant request. The Folklore team will evaluate these requests and decide if the modification will be presented to the customer.
Steps for Requesting Order Modifications

Email the Modification Request
- Email brands@thefolklore.com with details of the requested changes (e.g., product adjustments, shipping address updates, or quantities).

The Folklore’s Review
- The Folklore team will assess whether the modification request can be presented to the customer.

Customer Approval
- If approved, The Folklore will notify the customer regarding the modification request.
- The customer can choose to accept or decline the requested change.

Order Canceled if Unfulfilled
- If the customer declines the modification, or if we choose not to present the request, the order may be canceled if it cannot be fulfilled as originally placed.
Modification Limits and Penalties
- 1 Modification Allowed per 6 Months: You are allowed one modification per six-month period without penalty.
- Exceeding Modifications: If you exceed this limit, you may face suspension from publishing products on the Consumer Marketplace.
