To cancel an order you've received, you must submit a cancellation request within 3 business days of receiving the order by emailing brands@thefolklore.com. The request must include the order number and the reason for the cancellation.
Cancellation Policies

Within 3 Business Days:
- You may cancel an order within 3 business days of receiving it without penalty.
- After this period, orders cannot be canceled without extreme cause.

Late Cancellation:
- Brands are allowed one Late Cancellation every six months without penalty.
- If you exceed the Late Cancellation limit within a six-month period, a $150 late cancellation fee will be applied for each additional order canceled.

Total Cancellation Limit:
- You may cancel 3 orders per six-month period without penalty.
- Exceeding this limit may result in suspension from publishing products on The Folklore Shop.

Repercussions:
- Cancelling orders beyond the allowed limits can put your brand at risk of removal from The Folklore Shop.
