Meeting lead times and delivering orders accurately are critical for maintaining retailer trust and satisfaction. By following these steps, you can ensure a seamless order fulfillment process:
Fulfillment Steps

Log In to The Folklore Dashboard
- Visit the dashboard and log in with your email and password.

Access Wholesale Orders
- Navigate to Commerce > Wholesale Orders from the navigation bar.

Locate the Order
- Use the search bar to quickly find the order by number, retailer name, or date.

Open the Order Details
- Click the order number to view the full details page.

Click Accept
- On the order details page, click the Accept button.

Generate and Download Shipping Label
- Click Generate Shipping Label and download the shipping documents provided in the pop-up.

Package the Products
- Package the product(s) according to The Folklore’s packaging guidelines. For more details, visit here.
- Attach all necessary shipping documents to the package.

Courier Handoff
- Arrange for the courier to collect the package for delivery.
Shipping Requirements
Immediate Ship Products
- Orders with Immediate Ship items must be shipped within 3 business days.
- If not shipped within 5 business days, the order will be canceled, and the retailer will be refunded.
Made to Order Products
- Orders containing Made to Order items must be shipped together according to the listed lead time.
- A 5-business-day grace period applies after the lead time expires, after which unshipped orders will be canceled and refunded.
No Partial Shipping
- All items in an order must be shipped together, including Immediate Ship and Made to Order products.
- Mixed product type orders will ship only when Made to Order items are ready.
Fulfillment Confirmation
An order is considered fulfilled when all items listed in the order or agreed to be produced are successfully delivered to the retailer.
