Access Customer Orders

- Go to Orders> Consumer Orders from the navigation bar.
- Here, you’ll find a log of all customer orders from The Folklore Shop and from the all market places if applicable
- Columns include info on order number, date, customer name, channel, total order, fulfillment status, and payment status.
- Click on any order to view more details, including the products purchased and order notes.

- Ensure all received orders are reviewed and processed within 1-5 business days to avoid delays.
- Products that are listed as Immediate Ship must be packed and shipped within 3 business days.
- Products that are listed as Made to Order must be shipped according to the lead time listed on the product page. These lead times can range from 1 week to 3 months.

- Thoroughly review order details, including lead time, delivery location, and product availability, before fulfilling or canceling an order.
- Ensure you are capable of meeting all terms before accepting to prevent delays.
