The Folklore does not handle or guarantee shipping, tracking, quality, or condition of orders. You are responsible for managing all aspects of shipping, tracking, and customer communication.
Steps to Track Wholesale Orders

Use The Folklore Platform for Shipping Labels
- If you create a shipping label through The Folklore platform, the tracking number will be automatically added to the order once generated.
- The retailer will receive a notification once the label is created. Ensure the shipping label is generated only when you are ready to ship, to avoid premature notifications.

Manually Add Tracking Numbers
- If you use another platform to generate a shipping label, you must manually add the tracking number to the order in The Folklore platform.
- Go to Commerce > Wholesale Orders, locate the order, and add the tracking number. Once added, the retailer will receive the tracking information.

Track Orders
- Click on the tracking number at any time to view the status of your shipment.
- Ensure you monitor shipping updates and keep retailers informed about any delays or issues.
Email Notifications
- Retailers will receive tracking information once the shipping label is created, either through The Folklore platform or manually added.
- Ensure accuracy in tracking details and prompt communication with retailers regarding any shipping concerns.
