Steps to Cancel a Wholesale Order

Submit a Cancellation Request
- Email brands@thefolklore.com with the order number and reason for cancellation.
- Ensure the request is submitted within 3 business days of receiving the order.

Timely Submission
- A cancellation request must be made within 3 business days. After this period, orders cannot be canceled unless there is extreme cause.

Late Cancellations
- Brands are permitted one Late Cancellation every six months without penalty.
- If the limit is exceeded, a $150 late cancellation fee will apply for each additional order canceled.

Excessive Cancellations
- Brands are allowed 3 total order cancellations every six months without penalty.
- Exceeding this limit may result in the suspension of publishing products on The Folklore's platform.
Notification to Retailers

- The Folklore will notify the retailer about the cancellation and process the refund if the request is approved.

Transparency with Retailers
- If the cancellation is not approved, retailers will be informed that the order cannot be fulfilled.
- The retailer will receive a refund and confirmation that the order was not completed.
