Generating a Linesheet

Linesheets are essential tools for presenting your products to buyers in a professional and organized format. Follow these steps to efficiently create and send a linesheet, ensuring all necessary information is included for wholesale or consumer purposes.

Steps to Generate a Linesheet

  1. Go to Commerce > Product Catalog from the navigation bar on your dashboard.
  2. Click on the Generate Linesheet button.
  3. Enter a Collection Name for the linesheet (e.g., "Fall 2025 Collection").
  4. Provide the Email Address where the linesheet PDF should be sent.

  5. Optional: Use the Tags field to filter products by specific tags. Leave this blank to include all products.

  6. Click Generate & Send.

A link to download the linesheet will be sent to the provided email address within 1-3 minutes, depending on the number of products listed. Note: The link will expire after 24 hours.

Customizing Product Selection with Tags

Tags are a helpful way to organize your product catalog and streamline linesheet creation.

  • Tags are assigned during the product uploading process.
  • To update tags, visit the individual product page, where you can add or remove tags as needed.
  • Use specific tags to create targeted linesheets (e.g., “Summer Collection” or “Sale Items”).

Features of a Generated Linesheet

Each linesheet includes essential information pulled from your product details in the digital showroom, such as:

  • Linesheet Name: The title provided during creation.
  • Brand Logo: Your uploaded logo for brand identity.
  • Order Information: Minimum order values, lead times, and payment terms.
  • Product Details:
    • Product image
    • Product name
    • Product SKU
    • Product fabric/material
    • Wholesale price
    • Retail price
    • Available size variants
    • Available color variants

Best Practices

  • Keep Tags Updated: Ensure products are appropriately tagged to make linesheet generation faster and more accurate.
  • Verify Information: Double-check all product details in the Product Catalog to ensure accuracy on the linesheet.
  • Timely Download: Remember, the download link expires after 24 hours—promptly retrieve the linesheet PDF.
