Dropship Order Payouts

The Folklore processes Dropship order payouts weekly based on confirmed marketplace deposits. Below is a breakdown of how payouts work and what to expect.

Setting Up Your Payout Account

  • During onboarding, brands are prompted to enter their banking details for where payouts should be sent.
     
  • If banking details weren’t entered during onboarding, you can add or update them anytime:
     
    • Log in to your Folklore Dashboard
       
    • Go to Account in the navigation bar
       
    • Click Banks and Payments to securely enter your information
       

Weekly Payout Schedule

  • Every Monday, The Folklore sends out payments for all orders deposited into our account by the marketplaces for the week ending the previous Friday.
     
  • Payouts are issued via Brex, directly to your designated bank account.
     

Payout Notification Email

Each time a payout is sent, you'll receive an email summary that includes:

  • What products were sold
     
  • Which platforms the sales came from
     
  • Deductions applied (transaction fees, shipping label costs, etc.)
     
  • The total payout amount deposited into your account
     

Outstanding Return Reimbursements

If there is a customer return that hasn’t yet been resolved, the reimbursement amount will be deducted from your next available payout.
