If you need to cancel a Dropship order for any reason—such as item unavailability, pricing errors, or customer request—you must contact The Folklore team directly. Brands cannot cancel orders from the platform on their own.
1. Submit a Cancellation Request
Email shop@thefolklore.com with the subject line: Cancellation Request – Order #[Insert Order Number]
In your message, include:
- The Order Number
- The reason for cancellation
- Whether the customer has already been notified (optional)
2. The Folklore Team Will Process the Cancellation
If you need to cancel or deny an order, email shop@thefolklore.com. We’ll cancel or deny the order in our system, and this will be reflected on the Order Summary and Order Page. The customer will be notified via email.
Important: Do not ship any items after submitting a cancellation request. If an order is accidentally shipped, contact us immediately.
