How to Apply for the Discounted Shipping Rates

Step 1: Get a Shipping Quote

  1. Navigate to Shipping > Get Shipping Quote.

  2. Fill in all required fields, including:

    • Package weight and dimensions

    • Shipping address (street, city, state/province, country, ZIP/postal code)

  3. Click Get Quote.

Step 2: Review and Select a Shipping Option

On the next page, you’ll see a list of available shipping options. Each will display:

  • Estimated transit time

  • Estimated delivery date

  • Shipping cost

To proceed, click Book Now on your preferred shipping option.

Step 3: Confirm and Purchase Shipment

  1. Click Confirm Purchase.

  2. A confirmation pop-up will appear to let you review your shipment details one more time.

    • If everything looks correct, click Confirm Purchase again.

Step 4: Access Your Shipping Label and Tracking Info

After the purchase is complete:

  • A confirmation pop-up will appear showing:

    • Tracking number

    • Downloadable shipping label

  • You’ll have the option to:

    • Exit by refreshing page

    • See All Shipments

    • Create Another Shipment

Step 5: Track Shipments

To view all your shipments:

  1. Go to Shipping > Track Shipments.

  2. You’ll see a list of all shipments, including:

    • Shipment date

    • Origin and destination

    • Shipping cost

    • Carrier

    • Tracking number (with clickable tracking link)

    • Shipping label (available to download)

Click on any shipment for more details or to access the label and tracking link.
