Creating accurate and complete shipping documents is a crucial step in fulfilling orders, whether they are consumer or wholesale. These documents ensure smooth delivery, reduce the risk of delays, and provide essential information for tracking and customs clearance.

-
Total order value.
-
Special customer instructions (if any).
-
Step 3: Generate Shipping Documents

On the Order Details page, click the Fulfill Order button in the top-right corner.

Select the option to generate the required documents, which may include:
-
Shipping Labels: attached to the package for carrier identification.
-

-
-
The Folklore platform integrates with EasyPost for a 1-click solution:
-
Select the approved carrier (DHL Express, USPS, or Canada Post).
-
Verify the prefilled details and make adjustments if necessary.
-
-
Once completed, the platform will automatically generate the shipping label and packing slip.
Step 4: Print and Prepare Documents
-
Download the shipping label and packing slip.
-
Print the documents with a high-quality printer.
-
Securely affix the shipping label to the outside of the package.
-
Place the packing slip inside the package.
Step 5: Finalize the Shipment
-
Arrange a pickup with the carrier or drop off the package at the designated location.
-
For international shipments, include additional documents such as the Commercial Invoice, which the platform automatically generates for international orders.
