If a product is no longer available for sale and you don't plan to relist it, you can delete it from your Product Catalog. Deleting a product permanently removes it from all marketplaces and your catalog, and it cannot be recovered later.
How to Delete a Product
Follow these steps to delete an individual product from your catalog:

Access Your Product Catalog
- Navigate to Commerce > Product Catalog in the dashboard.
- Locate the product you want to publish. Use the search bar to quickly find your item.

Open the Product Page
- Click on the product name to open its details page.

Select the Delete Option
- Click the dropdown Status menu located at the top right of the product page.
- Select Delete from the menu options.

Confirm the Deletion
- A pop-up window will appear to ask you to reconfirm that you want to delete the product.
- Click the Delete button again to confirm you want the product deleted.
- If you decide you no longer want to delete the product, click Cancel to bring you back to the product catalog page.
Important Considerations
- Irreversible Action: Deleting a product permanently removes it from your catalog and cannot be undone. If you want to add a product again, you must upload the product again.
- Ensure No Dependencies: Before deleting a product, make sure it is not associated with active orders, collections, or promotions, as these may be impacted.
By carefully managing product deletions, you can keep your catalog organized and ensure only active products are displayed in your marketplace.
