To remove a product from appearing in both marketplaces or your digital showroom, you can archive it. Archiving a product hides it from both consumers and retailers but keeps it in your Product Catalog, allowing you to edit or republish it later if needed.
How to Archive a Product
Follow these steps to archive an individual product:

Access Your Product Catalog
- Navigate to Products > Product Catalog in your dashboard and locate the product you want to archive.

Open the Product Page
- Click on the product name to open its details page.

Select the Archive Option
- Click the dropdown Status field located next to the Save button at the top right of the product page.
- Select Archive product from the menu options.

Choose the Marketplace(s)
- A prompt will ask which marketplace you want to archive the product from. Select the checkbox for the relevant marketplace(s).

Confirm the Action
- Click the Archive button to successfully archive the product.
How to Unarchive a Product
To relist an archived product:

Access Your Product Catalog
- Navigate to your Product Catalog and locate the archived product.

Open the Product Page
- Click on the product name to open its details page.

Select the Activate Option
- Click the dropdown Status field located next to the Save button at the top right of the product page.
- Select Activate product from the menu options.

Choose the Marketplace(s)
- A prompt will ask which marketplace you want to reactivate the product for. Select the checkbox for the relevant marketplace(s).

Confirm the Action
- Click the Activate button to successfully unarchive the product.
Best Practices
- Archive products that are out of stock, discontinued, or temporarily unavailable instead of deleting them to retain their history.
- Regularly review archived products to keep your catalog organized and up to date.
