1. Log In to The Folklore Dashboard

Visit The Folklore dashboard.

Enter your email and password to access your account.
2. Access Customer or Wholesale Orders

Navigate to Orders > Consumer Orders or Orders > Wholesale Orders from the navigation bar.
3. Locate the Order

Use the search bar to quickly find the order by order number, customer name, or date.
4. Open Order Details

Click on the order number to open the order details page.
5. Track the Shipment

On the right side of the page, locate the Delivery Details box.

Click Track Shipment to be redirected to the carrier’s tracking page.
