The AI Content Quick Create tool allows you to quickly generate images or short videos for marketing campaigns, social media posts, or product promotions directly within The Folklore platform.

You can create high-quality visuals in minutes using your product catalog or uploaded media, with the option to add AI-generated captions for Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels.

 

1. How to Access Quick Create

  1. Log in to your The Folklore account.

  2. From the left sidebar, select Marketing → Quick Create.

     

2. Select Asset Type

Choose the media type you want to create:

  • Image – Recommended for social media posts, product highlights, or promotional collages.

  • Video – Best for Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, or advertisements.

Once selected, choose the appropriate dimensions:

Image Dimensions

  • Square (1:1) – Instagram Feed

  • Vertical (4:5) – IG Feed portrait

  • Full Vertical (9:16) – Stories, Reels, or TikTok

  • Wide Banner (2:1) – Website headers

Video Dimensions

  • Vertical (9:16) – TikTok, Reels, or Stories

  • Square (1:1) – Instagram Feed

  • Landscape (16:9) – YouTube or advertising banners

3. Select Media Source

Select one asset from one of the following sources:

Upload New Asset – Drag and drop or upload one image or short video from your device.
Select From Catalog – Search by product name and choose a single photo from your product gallery.

Only one image or video can be selected at a time.

4. Customize Your Output

Once the media is selected, you can customize how the AI edits and styles the content.

Content Direction

Content Purpose (optional): Choose the goal of your post.

  • Promote & Convert

  • Engage & Interact

  • Educate & Inform

  • Inspire & Entertain

  • Build Trust & Community

Style Direction (optional): Define the creative tone.

  • Editorial

  • Lifestyle

  • UGC-style

  • Seasonal theme

Video Customization (if Video is selected)

When creating a video, additional fields appear for:

  • Video Type: Product Showcase, Lifestyle, Tutorial, Behind the Scenes, Ad

  • Music: None, Upbeat, Chill, Cinematic, Trendy

  • Voiceover: Yes or No

If you select “Yes,” you can further define:

  • Tone: Friendly, Professional, Confident, Energetic, Soothing, or Promotional

  • Voice Gender: Male, Female, or Neutral

  • Custom Script: Add your own text to guide the narration

Background Editing

Choose how you want to edit the background:

  • Keep original

  • Studio plain

  • Custom background (enter a description, for example: “neutral beige background with soft shadows”)

Subject Editing

Choose how the AI should handle the main subject or model:

  • Product only: Display only the product, with no model.

  • Keep original: Keep the original setup.

  • Replace with AI model: Replace with an AI-generated model.

If you replace or add a model, you can refine using:

  • Gender: Male, Female, Nonbinary, Other

  • Age Range: 0–2, 3–6, 7–12, 13–19, 20–29, 30–44, 45–64, 65+

  • Aesthetic: Artsy, Casual, Edgy, Glamorous, Luxury, Professional, Streetwear

  • Body Type: Athletic, Average, Curvy, Petite, Plus Size, Slim, Tall

  • Diversity: Black, Hispanic, Asian, Mixed, White, and others

  • Pose or Movement: (for videos) Standing, Walking, Smiling, Turning, Interacting with product

  • Additional Model Details: Describe any extra elements such as “model smiling, wearing neutral tones, holding product at chest height.”

Output Settings

Depending on your asset type:

  • Images: Choose the number of generations (1–3).

  • Videos: Choose the duration (5, 10, 15, or 30 seconds).

  • Optional: Add a description of pacing or transitions (for example: “fast cuts, trending style”).

Caption Generation (Optional)

Enable Generate caption with this post to let the AI write a caption for your content.

You can define:

  • Tone: Professional, Playful, Trendy, Minimal

  • Length: Short, Medium, Long

  • Emoji Use: None, Light, Standard

  • Hashtags: None, Light, Standard, Max

Additional Info

Use the Additional Info box to guide the AI’s creative direction.
Examples:

  • “Make this look like a Valentine’s Day campaign.”

  • “Use a minimalist aesthetic with bright lighting.”

  • “Highlight the product texture and natural tone.”

5. Generate and Save Your Content

  1. Click Generate to create your image or video.

  2. Review the preview displayed on the right panel.

  3. Make edits if necessary and regenerate if needed.

  4. Once satisfied, choose how to save or export:

    • Download

    • Copy caption

    • Save to Gallery

    • Save to Product Listing (attach to a specific product)

6. Best Practices

  • Upload high-resolution images for the best results.

  • Use short and clear instructions in “Additional Info.”

  • Begin with “Product only” to test AI accuracy.

  • Choose 9:16 videos for vertical formats like TikTok and Reels.

  • Keep videos under 30 seconds for optimal engagement.

7. Example Use Cases

  • Generate lifestyle product photos for Instagram.

  • Create promotional videos for new collections.

  • Produce e-commerce images with clean backgrounds.

  • Replace models with AI-generated alternatives.

  • Design one-time visuals for seasonal campaigns.
