  1. Locate the Messaging Icon

    • Find the Messaging icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.

    • Click on a contact to open the chat thread and view past messages.

  4. Send a Message

    • Use the message field at the bottom of the chat to type your message.
    • Click the airplane icon to send your message.
