The Folklore's Referral Program rewards members for sharing the value of our platform with others. By introducing brands, retailers, freelancers, or manufacturers to The Folklore, participants can earn referral credits that can be used to pay for services on Source Talent. This program not only provides rewards but also fosters a growing network of innovative businesses and collaborators.

How the Referral Program Works

  1. Share Your Unique Referral Code
    Members receive a personalized referral code, which can be shared via email or a referral link with prospective members.

  2. Invitation Accepted
    The referred member accepts the invitation and completes their registration for a membership on The Folklore.

  3. Earn Rewards
    Receive referral credits for every successful signup:

    • $25 for brands and service providers: Earned after a subscription or project completion
    • $100 for retailers: Earned after onboarding and making their first purchase

  4. Spend Your Rewards
    Credits can be applied to services offered by freelancers and manufacturers on Source Talent. These credits are automatically deducted from your Source Talent invoices.

How to Get Started

  1. Log In to The Folklore Dashboard
    Access the Refer a member section from the navigation menu at the bottom left.

  2. Invite Members

    • Member Type: Select the type of member you want to refer.
    • Email Invites: Enter email addresses and send invitations directly.
    • Referral Link: Copy your unique link to share through other channels.

  3. Track Referral History
    View detailed referral records, including:

    • Date of referral
    • Member type (brand, retailer, freelancer, manufacturer)
    • Status (pending, accepted)
    • Earned credits

Important Notes

  • Referral credits are valid for 6 months.
  • Not all referred retailers or service providers may be accepted onto the platform.
  • Credits are non-redeemable for cash and can only be applied toward Source Talent projects.
