Steps to Update Your Profile
1. Log in to Your Account
- Visit The Folklore dashboard.
- Enter your email and password to access your account.
2. Navigate to Account Settings
- Once logged in, click on the Account Settings icon in the navigation menu on the bottom left side of the dashboard.
- The Profile section will automatically open.
3. Edit Your Profile Details
About Brand
- First Name
- Last Name
- Brand Name
- Founder Name
- Year Founded
- Phone Number

- State / Province

- Zip Code
- Brand Profile
- Upload brand logo (aspect ratio 1:1)

- Do you have UPC / GTIN Barcodes?
So we can automatically create shipping labels for your consumer orders, we need to know what address you will be shipping your consumer orders from.
- If your ship-from address is the same as your business address, simply check the box next to “My ship from address is the same as my business address?” No further action is needed; we'll use your business address on file
- If your ship-from address is different: Do not check the box, a form will appear below where you can enter your ship-from address, including: Street Address, City, State/Province, Country, Zip/Postal Code
