Creating Your Account

Once your application is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to our sign-up page. From there, you can begin the process of creating your account and subscribing.

Account Creation

  1. Fill in your email address: Enter the email you’d like to use for your account.
  2. Create a password: Choose a secure password and confirm it by entering it again.
  3. How did you hear about us?: Let us know how you found out about The Folklore. This helps us understand our customer base better.
  4. Opt-in for updates: You’ll also have the option to check a box to opt in for product updates and news from The Folklore. Don’t worry; you can unsubscribe at any time if you decide you no longer want to receive communications from us.
  5. Click "Create Account": Once you’ve entered all the necessary details, click “Create Account” to proceed and continue as a brand.

Subscription and Billing Setup

After creating your account, you will be taken to the subscription page, where you can choose between annual or monthly plans.

  1. Choose your subscription plan: Select the plan that best suits your needs by clicking either “Annual” or “Monthly.”
  2. Enter your payment details: Provide your billing address and card information for future payments.
    • Important: You won’t be charged until after your 7-day free trial.
  3. Agree to terms: Check the box to agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  4. Start your free trial: Once everything is set up, click the “Start Free Trial” button to activate your subscription and officially start your journey with The Folklore.

Onboarding Process

Once your account is set up, you’ll be guided through a quick onboarding process to personalize your brand’s experience.

  • Completion time: The onboarding process takes about 10 minutes to complete.
  • Save progress: If you need to step away, you can save your progress and return later. Simply log back in when you're ready to continue.
  • Click "Complete Onboarding" to begin.

Fill out the necessary details in the following sections:

  1. About Your Brand: Provide an overview of your brand’s identity, mission, and goals.
  2. Brand Location: Specify where your brand is based or operates from.
  3. Brand Profile: Share key details about your brand’s offerings, values, and any additional profile information.
    • Important: Please make sure your image profile is in a JPEG or PNG format.
  4. Wholesale Information (Optional): If you’re running a wholesale business, provide details to help us better understand your business needs.
  5. Business Preferences (Optional): Share any preferences that would help us tailor your experience on The Folklore platform.

Once you’ve completed the form, your dashboard will open, giving you immediate access to all the tools and resources The Folklore has to offer. This is where you’ll manage your brand’s growth and start your journey with us!
