Managing your product listings efficiently across various sales channels is essential for keeping your catalog up-to-date and ensuring products are visible to potential customers. Here’s how you can manage your product listings on The Folklore platform.
Step 1: Log In to the Platform
- Begin by logging into your The Folklore dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to Product Catalog
- Click on Products in the navigation menu.
- Select Product Catalog.
Step 3: Bulk Product Management
You can manage your products in bulk for certain actions. Here are the options available:
- Bulk Actions: You can only activate, archive, or delete products in bulk. Additional product details cannot be edited in bulk.
- Select Products: Choose the products you want to manage in bulk by checking the boxes next to the product names.
- Bulk Actions Options:
- Activate: Activate selected products on one or multiple channels.
- Archive: Archive selected products from one or multiple channels.
- Delete: Remove selected products from the catalog entirely.
- Activate: Activate selected products on one or multiple channels.
Once your selections are made, click the Activate or Archive button to confirm.
Step 4: Individual Product Management
To edit individual product details, follow these steps:
- Select Product: Click on the product you want to edit from the catalog.
- Edit Product Details: On the Product Page, you can edit the following:
- Product Details: Update product name, description, pricing, weight, variants, sizes, colors, HS code, and more.
- Product Media: Edit images and videos related to the product.
- Inventory: Adjust inventory levels for both wholesale and consumer orders.
- Channels: Manage the platforms the product is available on.
- Activate the product on one or multiple channels.
- Archive the product from one or multiple channels.
- Activate the product on one or multiple channels.
- Product Details: Update product name, description, pricing, weight, variants, sizes, colors, HS code, and more.
- Save Changes: After making your edits, be sure to click Save to reflect the changes.
Step 5: Updates on Sales Channels
- Any edits made will reflect on all sales channels, including marketplaces and social media platforms where the product is active.
- The time it takes for updates to appear will depend on the platform the product is active on. Some channels may reflect changes instantly, while others may take longer.
By following these steps, you can easily manage and update your product listings across various channels and keep your catalog up-to-date.
