You can easily activate multiple products across various platforms in bulk, increasing visibility and expanding your reach. Here are the steps to activate products in bulk on The Folklore platform.
Step 1: Log In to the Platform
- Begin by logging into your The Folklore dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to Product Catalog
- Click on Products in the navigation menu.
- Select Product Catalog.
Step 3: Choose Products to Activate
- On the Product Catalog page, you can activate products individually or in bulk:
- To activate individually, click the three dots button next to the product and select Activate Product.
- To activate in bulk, check the boxes next to the products you want to activate.
- After selecting the products, click Bulk Actions.
- To activate individually, click the three dots button next to the product and select Activate Product.
Step 4: Select Activation Options
- From the drop-down menu under Bulk Actions, select Activate Product(s).
- A pop-up will appear with activation options for the following platforms:
- Activate on Consumer Storefront
- Activate on Wholesale Storefront
- Activate on 3rd Party Marketplace
- Activate on Social Media & Search
- Activate on Consumer Storefront
Step 5: Choose Activation Channels
- Activate on 3rd Party Marketplace: A drop-down menu will display the marketplaces you are approved to sell on.
- Activate on Social Media & Search: A drop-down menu will show the available social media and search platforms.
- You can choose to activate your product on one or multiple platforms at the same time.
- You also have the option to Activate on all 3rd Party Marketplaces or Activate on all Social Media & Search platforms.
Step 6: Submit Activation Request
- After selecting your desired platforms, click Activate to submit your bulk product activation request.
Step 7: Confirmation and Missing Fields
- If your request is successfully submitted, you’ll see a confirmation message indicating the request was completed.
- If there are any missing fields required for activation, a bulleted list of these fields will be displayed. Make sure to fill them out before resubmitting.
Step 8: Product Publishing Status
- Once submitted, the products will be published to the platform.
- If the marketplace allows for instant publishing, your products will be live within hours and you’ll receive a notification.
- If the marketplace requires approval and your product is denied, we’ll notify you with the reason for the denial.
Step 9: View Product Status
- You can check the status of your products and see which channels they have been activated on by visiting the Product Page or Product Catalog Page.
By following these steps, your products will be activated across your chosen platforms, ensuring broader visibility and easier access for potential customers.
