Uploading Products with the Shopify Import Feature

Easily upload multiple products to your Folklore product catalog using the Shopify Import feature. Follow the steps below to export your products from Shopify and import them into The Folklore platform.

Step 1: Export Products from Shopify

  1. Log in to your Shopify account.

  2. Go to the Products section.

  3. Select the products you would like to upload to The Folklore platform.

  4. Click Export in the top right corner.

  5. Choose the appropriate export type:

    • Current page

    • All products

    • Selected: X products

  6. Click Export products. A CSV file will be generated and sent to your email or downloaded directly, depending on the option selected.

Step 2: Import CSV to The Folklore

  1. Go to your Folklore dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Products > Product Catalog.

  3. Click Shopify Import in the top middle of the page.

  4. Drag and drop your exported CSV file, or click to select it from your files.

  5. Once uploaded, click Process Files.

Step 3: Activate Your Products

  • After processing, your products will be added to your Product Catalog.

  • To activate a product:

    1. Click on the product entry.

    2. Fill in all required fields for activation (e.g., pricing, images, inventory, etc.).

    3. Save your changes.

Once activated, your products will be ready for selling on The Folklore platform.
